The results of the annual “Hollywood's Hottest Looks” survey, released by The Beverly Hills Institute of Aesthetic and Reconstructive Surgery, has revealed that the eyes of Katie Holmes, the body of Jessica Biel and the famous sultry pout of Angelina Jolie make up the ideal women, at least in the opinion of plastic surgery patients in Beverly Hills.

The Institute's doctors Richard Fleming and Tony Mayer confirmed their clients ask for plastic surgery not to look exactly like a specific star but to replicate distinct features of various celebrity faces and bodies.

Hottest celebrity features

But it wasn’t just the features of Angelina, Jessica and Katie that were hailed in Hollywood’s Hottest Looks survey.

The female nose most requested by California plastic surgery patients belonged to Grey’s Anatomy star Katherine Heigl while English actress Keira Knightley possesses the most sought after cheeks. The survey also revealed celebrity heiress/airhead (delete as appropriate) Paris Hilton had the most highly desirable skin.
